Q: What version of Flash do I need to play the game?
A: You need to have Flash player 7 or higher.

Q: What is a good mode to start with?
A: If you go through the tutorial you will learn about the other modes plus you can practice at the end of it. Otherwise I consider the time mode to be a good place to start because that mode all you do is play for a set amount of time.

Q: When will the final version of the game be released?
A: I am planning to enter this game in the IGF (Independent games festival) which the dead line is probably the start of September. So it will be done before then, maybe as early as the start of August.

Q: What is going to be in the final release that is not in the current version?
A: Not much.

Q: When did you come up with the idea for this game?
A: I came up with the idea for this game when I was in California for the 2005 GDC (Game Developers Conference.)

Q: Where did the colors for the hearts come from?
A: The different colors and meanings were based on the colors and meanings of roses.

Q: How many people worked on the game?
A: Only one. I wrote all the code, made all the graphics, and even made the music. I may have some others help with testing, but the creation of the game was all me.

Q: Can I stop the game at anytime and save my high score if I need to for some reason?
A: In the beta and final versions the “End” key will act as a way to back up or end the game. I was going to use “Escape”, but it seems like Flash has its own action for that key making it unusable. New to the beta 2 build you can also use the "Stop" button which will act just like the "End" key.

Q: Is this game coming out for a handheld system?
A: I do not have the money or time to create a handheld version. So I will not be making the game for another platform. I would love to see the game on one of the main handheld system especially the Nintendo DS. I don’t mind if it has a different theme like having Mario collect coins, normal mushrooms, fire flowers, and stars while avoiding some type of enemy.

Q: Why isn’t there multiplayer?
A: I set the timetable for this game so it will be done in time for the IGF, and I didn’t think I had the time to spare to work on multiplayer. Also I do not have a fast Internet connection (Under 56K) so I couldn’t really test that well. I do have some ideas for a multiplayer mode, but I will keep them to myself for now.

Q: Were these questions really asked frequently?
A: No. I just wanted to give some more information about the game and I thought this would be a good way to do it. If I get some real FAQ I will add them below this question to distinguish them from my own questions.
